Die \u00c4rzte verf\u00fcgen in der Praxis oft nicht \u00fcber die n\u00f6tigen Mittel und M\u00f6glichkeiten. Deshalb entwickelte sich die Hilfe im medizinisch-sozialen Bereich zu einem weiteren Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeit.\u00a0<\/p><p>J\u00f3zsef ist ein k\u00f6rperbehinderter Junge aus den Unterkarpaten. Er leidet an Infantiler Zerebralparese. Betroffene bezeichnen wir oft als Spastiker. \u00dcber mehrere Jahre finanzierten wir die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Behandlung in einer ukrainischen Spezialklinik. Diese Therapie war sehr erfolgreich. J\u00f3zsef kann inzwischen schon ein ganzes St\u00fcck allein laufen, etwas wacklig zwar, aber ohne fremde Hilfe. Inzwischen nutzt die Familie Therapien f\u00fcr ihn im nahen Ungarn. Ab Herbst 2009 besuchte J\u00f3zsef die Dorfschule in seinem Ort mit guten Ergebnissen. 2018 wurde er konfirmiert und lernt nun an einer weiterf\u00fchrenden Schule in der Kreisstadt Beregsz\u00e1sz.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element Im \u00f6ffentlichen Leben spielen sie keine Rolle. F\u00f6rderungen oder Behandlungen gibt es kaum. F\u00fcr Behinderte bleibt deshalb in der Regel nur eine Zukunft als Bettler.\u00a0<\/p><p>Seit 2010 unterst\u00fctzen wir deshalb ein Projekt, dass die Reformierte Kirche initiiert hat. Anfangs traf sich in Beregsz\u00e1sz eine Gruppe von Kindern mit unterschiedlichen Behinderungen.\u00a0Von\u00a0Beginn an bekamen die Kinder entsprechend ihrer jeweiligen Situation und Behinderung von verschiedenen Therapeuten eine gezielte F\u00f6rderung und Behandlung. Dort liegt momentan der Schwerpunkt unserer Unterst\u00fctzung im Bereich Behindertenarbeit.<\/p><p>Eine ausgesprochen wertvolle Hilfe f\u00fcr viele Pflegebed\u00fcrftige sind Erwachsenen-Windeln, die es zwar in der Ukraine gibt, dort aber genauso viel kosten wie in Deutschland. Bei den monatlichen Einkommen ist das f\u00fcr betroffene Familien nahezu undenkbar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
